Mid-Century Lighting!
I have been unable to attribute this votive candle holder to any particular glass house or region. It is unique with the ball stem and trumpet styled base.

The style and design indicate that it would most likely be of Mid-Century origin. It will certainly be a lovely display item with other vintage glasswares.

The holder is 5 1/2" tall. The candle holder is 2 3/4" across and the base is 4" across. There are no chips, cracks, or other imperfections that I can determine. It is a lovely art glass item that you will enjoy for many years to come.
