Cambridge Emerald Green Mayonnaise Bowl Bryzantine Etch #708

Thisfooted Mayonnaise Bowl was made by the Cambridge Glass Company. I've not been able to identify which blank this is. Several seem to fit including Octagon but I'm not certain. It might also be Cambridge # 46 special article. Perhaps someone with more Cambridge knowledge can tell. The etch however, is #708 also referred to as Byzantine or Fishscale.
The bowl measures 3 1/4" tall to the edge of the rim and 7" wide across the top. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or nicks, There are a couple of scratches on the outside and some light scratching on the interior where the spoon probably scraped. It does fluoresce under black light, making it Uranium but not Vaseline Glass.
