I think this china plate is European in origin. The children have used a plank to create a teeter totter in in board fence. The artist used flowers for their faces. As far as I can tell the decoration is a decal with hand painted outlines. This 6 1/8" plate shows signs of wear on the gold accents on the edge and some on the decal is gone please check the photos. I do not see or feel any dings in the china.
All of my items are used and will show some signs of our ancestor’s normal use. This is not damage like a chip or a crack. If use marks, in my opinion, are unusually noticeable I will comment on it.
