This glass platter or bread plate, shown on page 299 of Edwards & Carwile's "Standard Encyclopedia of Pressed Glass, 4th Ed.," features the words, "Give Us This Day Our Daily Bread," embossed on the oval border, and an eagle clutching the U.S. Constitution in its talons, in the center.

Dimensions: Platter measures 12 1/2" x 9".

Marks/Dates: Post 1963. Marked on the bottom inside rim, "A.H.R.C. of Gr Rapids - Mich 49503." Perhaps created to celebrate the US Bicentennial celebration in 1976?

Condition: No cracks, chips or other damage.
