Add This Pan to Your Cast Iron Collection

This old Detroit cast iron biscuit pan is clearly marked.

There is very little information available on Detroit cast iron items. It is possible this was manufactured by the Detroit Stove Co., or it is possible that another firm made this for distribution by Detroit Stove. This is one of those items where it becomes very difficult to research for lack of information available.

This biscuit pan will need a little tender loving care; basically additional seasoning is probably required. Other than that, I see no defects.

It measures 12 5/8" x 8". This is a wonderful vintage cast iron item to add to your collection
