Dugan - Diamond Blue Opalescent Reflecting Diamonds Low Console Bowl

Here is a lovely blue opalescent bowl in the Reflecting Diamonds pattern produced by Dugan - Diamond Glass.

This footed bowl measures 2" tall and 8 3/8" across the top. It was produced by Dugan Glass, probably between 1905 - 1909, most likely at the beginning of that timeline.

The color is a lovely shade of azure blue, not quite blue or turquoise or jade but somewhere in between the 3. The opalescence has a fire like or sunset glow to it when it is viewed through strong light.

This piece is in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks or nicks. There is only very minor scratching on the inside and normal shelf wear on the bottom. There are a couple of manufacturing imperfections in the glass that date to the time of production. The first is a medium sized bubble about 1/4" across the second is a series of tiny bubble (pencil point sized) that occur in a couple of areas.
