Eagle Glass made Cosmos Scroll condiment item 1899-1906 and enhanced them with paint. This is one of three different decorations I have seen. One is overall paint and rather ugly the other has the flower in red with green leaves. In addition to the condiment holders Eagle made a trays for holding two or all three of the holders. I do not see or feel any dings. I believe the top to be old.
All of my items are used and will show some signs of our ancestor’s normal use. This is not damage like a chip or a crack. If use marks, in my opinion, are unusually noticeable I will comment on it.
