This is Fenton Lily of the Valley ware No. 8475 Cameo Opalescent candle holder. It is 3 1/2” by 5 3/4”. I do not see or feel any dings etc. There is a manufacturing error on the inside bottom of the base where either there was insufficient metal, a shear line or an annealing problem so that the glass separated as pictured. This is not visible from the top and is not a crack.
All of my items are used and will show some signs of our ancestor’s normal use. This is not damage like a chip or a crack. If use marks, in my opinion, are unusually noticeable I will comment on it.
