This vintage humidor features a transfer ware image of an English country tavern on the front, and an old drinking song in script on the back,
"Fill your cups and banish grief,
Laugh and worldly care despise.
Sorrow ne'er will bring relief.
Joy from drinking will Carife:
So pour this full and sup it up.
And call for more to fill your cup."
The background is a dark sand color, with a copper lustre band on the throat and the rim. The locking mechanism is copper, over a pottery lid.
Dimensions: Measures 5 1/2" in diameter x 4 3/4" high.
