The #323 Dew Drop pattern dates to 1886. It must have been very popular as there are 19 reported different colors and treatment for the pieces. This is Hobbs sapphire blue with a satin finish. It is 4" tall and 4" wide without the handle or spout and weighs 1 1/4 pounds. The is a pencil tip spot on the handle where something dinged the satin finish. 3 of the hobs were not completely filled and there is one fully encased air bubble and one broken air bubble on the inside of the creamer. Other than as described I do not see any dings or nicks.
All of my items are used and will show some signs of our ancestor’s normal use. This is not damage like a chip or a crack. If use marks, in my opinion, are unusually noticeable I will comment on it.
