This design features square blocks on the inside, in a popular depression glass pattern from Hocking Glass.
Dimensions: It measures 2 5/8" high at the rim with a 4 7/8" opening. With the lid, it measures approx. 4 3/4" high.
Marks/Dates: c. 1929 - 1933.
Condition: No chips or cracks. There is a small patch of roughness on the inside rim of the jar, and on the top of the lid's finial.
Vintage glass may show characteristics of age, including allowable base wear, bubbles, pattern irregularities, straw marks (inclusions/cooling marks) or mold marks. And while free of cracks, chips and excessive wear (unless specified above), pieces may show signs of gentle use, including light utensil marks and color variations.
