Here for your consideration is a luncheon plate made by the Homer Laughlin company in the Nassau pattern. The shape for this plate is Eggshell Nautilus and according to the back stamp it was produced in August of 1951.
The plate measures about 9 1/8" across and is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or nicks. There are some minor surface scratched but nothing deep or noticable. There are a couple of places where the paint is slightly worn along the edge of the rim but again nothing extraordinary.
There are a couple of glaze pops on the back that are very typical of the production process during this period. The gold trim along the rim appears to be about 98% intact.
