JOHNSON BROS. SUMMER CHINTZ SET OF 8 CUPS & SAUCERS

This offering is a set of eight mint condition, unused, cups and saucers in Johnson Brothers fine china, a pattern named Summer Chintz. I am picturing a close up of one set. All are in the same perfect condition. The mark shown is on the saucers, the cups impressed Made in England and marked only with the item number. Dinner plates bear the pattern name Summer Chintz. A garland of flowers and foliage in pink, blue, yellow and green encircle both the saucers and cups which have a swirl pattern on the surface. Each piece has a rosy pink narrow rim. These pieces would add to a matching or solid color dinner service or make a fine coffee or tea service.

The saucers measure 5 1/2" in width and the cups are 3 1/2" wide at the mouth, 2 5/8" tall.
