Kemple Glass Blue Roses & Bows Vanity Powder Jar & Lid

This sweet, footed jar is a bright shade of blue, with a pressed glass pattern of roses and bows around the outside and on the matching flat lid.
Dimensions: It measures 4 1/8" in diameter x 3" tall.
Marks/Dates: c. 1945 - 1970. Impressed with a "K" for Kemple Glass on the bottom.
Kemple Glass of Ohio, was started in 1945 by John Kemple, who in the 1950's, purchased molds from early American glass companies, like McKee, and recreated some of their patterns in new and different colors. Kemple Glass closed when John died, in 1970.
