A Lovely Vanity Set

This set is in excellent shape. It is very lovely decorated with a raised motiff of lively figurals dancing around the jar and on the interior of the tray. There are urns in between the dancing figurals. The top of the lid has a grape and leaf raised motiff. They tray has the worn remainder of a foil label which reads: J. B. Brandor, Stationer, The Store with the Red Door. Ashtabula, OHIO. It is my understanding that this was a stationery shop that was located in Ashtabula during the 1950's-early '70s.

The pictures show two trays and I will send the second along with your covered jar and tray. I didn't want to include it in with the price because it has what I believe is a manufacture flaw. It will be bonus!

The lid to the covered jar does have green felt glued along the interior rim. I will not try to remove that for fear of damaging the lid.

This jar is 6 3/8" tall with the lid. The tray is 5" x 3 1/4".

I believe you will find this an attractive vanity set. Prior to packaging for shipping these items weigh 1.5 pounds.
