Beautiful Depression Era Pattern
This lovely little Monax plate in the American Sweetheart pattern by MacBeth-Evans measures 7 6/8 inches across. I have been unable to locate a plate in this size and most of the listing for this pattern indicate the salad/dessert plate as being 8 inches.

It is a lovely pattern on translucent glass (Monax) with oplaescent hues of blue in-between the mold etched swag and scroll design. I detect no chips, cracks, or hairlines. The underside does show spidery mold lines; which I think is common in this type glassware.
