Made in Japan Pink Gold Porcelain Made in Japan Cigarette Box Ash Tray Set Oine Cones

Here is a porcelain Cigarette Box and ash tray set that was made in Japan probably during the 1950s. The color is a pale pink that has been enhanced with gold feathered trim around the edge of the box lid. The feet have been enhanced with gold accents and the edge of the ashtrays are also rimmed in gold.

The decoration consists of a pine cone spray that I believe is a decal and not hand painted. The box measures 4 1/8" long by 2 7/8" wide. It stands 2 1/2" tall. The ashtrays are 3 3/8" long by 2 1/2" wide. The edges of both the box and ashtrays are scalloped.

It is in excellent condition with no damage and minimal wear. There are a few scattered accents of gold on the box that were probably not intended to be there. There are a few rough spots on the bases of the ashtrays but all appear to be under the glaze. The ashtrays do not fit into the box.
