I believe this bowl was produced by the McCoy Pottery as part of a pitcher set. But I have no idea which pitcher matches it.
It does have a multitude of other uses: filled with Fruit Salad for that summer dinner, piled high with hard boiled eggs for an Easter Centerpiece, used for an arrangement of red white and blue flowers for Memorial Day or the 4th of July, or brimming with stuffing or cranberries for Thanksgiving. It is a great display piece and excellent for every day uses as well.
The color is a soft creamy Ivory white. The top is scalloped and has a panel effect that extends down into the bowl.
It stands just over 2" tall and is about 7 7/8" wide across the top.
It is in excellent condition with no damage and minimal wear to the base. I find no scratches. The bottom is marked McCoy with the numbers 7526 above the name.
