McKee Glass made the pattern we call Queen in 1894. The popular Daisy and Button motif resulted in many other names referring to that motif. It was common to make compote so they could be sold with and without a cover. This one has a ledge for a cover be there is no indication that one was ever used on it. It is 7 3/4" tall and 8 1/8" in diameter. I do not see or feel any dings etc
All of my items are used and will show some signs of our ancestor’s normal use. This is not damage like a chip or a crack. If use marks, in my opinion, are unusually noticeable I will comment on it.
