Payment: The Glass and Pottery Co-Op dealers prefer PayPal, but also accept money orders and checks from U.S. customers. If you're paying by check, payment is due within 7 days, otherwise the item will be put back in stock.
Please note, if you're paying by money order and don't have the number yet, just put "123" in the check number field of the payment screen. If paying by personal check your item will not ship until the check clears the bank's processing system.
International buyers are welcome. Payment must be made in US funds via Paypal or cash but be aware that sending cash is at the risk of the buyer. If you would like to make other payment arrangements please contact the dealer for their policy.
Sales Tax: Sales tax may be added to your invoice based on your dealer's location. If you have any questions about a tax rate please contact the dealer whose item you are considering.
Shipping: We offer USPS Priority or Parcel Post Mail and UPS Ground for shipment. All items are carefully wrapped, padded and cushioned to ensure safe delivery. All sellers of the Glass and Pottery Co-Op are also members of the Glass and Pottery Sellers Association. As such we adhere to all GPSA guidelines. Items are normally shipped 24 - 48 hours from payment confirmation and include free delivery confirmation. Insurance is recommended for high-value or fragile items. UPS Ground includes $100 insurance.
Some of the Glass and Pottery Co-Op dealers may be willing to consider alternate shipping methods or combine shipping on multiple purchases if possible. However, we are all independent dealers in various locations so combined shipping is not always an option. Please look at the initials of the SKU number to determine if you are making multiple purchases from the same dealer and email to inquire about their policy on combined or alternate shipping options.
International Priority includes approximately $60 insurance. All customs forms include country of origin, which can be helpful in assessing your country's duty. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds: We know you're going to love your purchase. But if you don't, please email us within 7 days of delivery for return shipping instructions. If an item is damaged in shipment and you've bought insurance, please email your dealer immediately so we can process your claim. Do not mail the item back, as that voids your insurance contract.
