The platter measures about 13.5 inches across. It is a beautiful stylized red and green floral on green-tone swirl background. This platter is in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks, some minor utensil marks. Buy it now! Don't let this great hard-to-find item get away from your collection or table setting. Vernon Kilns was purchased by Metlox Poppytrail. The Vernon Kilns, Shadow Leaf design was produced from 1954-1955. Special order after 1956. This pattern was produced on the San Marino shape.
