Art Glass Polar Bear Cased Red & White Stripes

This hand crafted, cased glass polar bear has a bubble center, encased in what appears to be two layers - a wine-red or burgundy and white swirled stripes layer, and a clear outer layer. The bear has a black nose and eyes, and a clear tail and ears.
Dimensions: Polar bear measures 8" long x 5 3/4" high.
Marks/Dates: Unsigned, however, we recently found a similar piece in a fine glass store with the name "Kenneth Marine" - a studio artist in Missouri.
Condition: There are a few tiny fleabites, or crimp marks around the base that look can occur when the glass is sculpted (photo 5). There are a few bubbles in his back.
