Cobalt Blue Pressed Glass Novelty Baby Buggy Candy Dish

This cute, cobalt blue baby buggy has three wheels and a pressed glass cane pattern. It would make a lovely candy dish.
Dimensions: Measures 8 1/4" x 5 1/2" x 4 1/2" high.
Marks/Dates: Unmarked. It resembles the #604 cobalt wheelbarrow crafted by L.E. Smith in the 1930's, but we could not find a reference. It could be contemporary, but it came from an old estate so there's no way to tell.
Condition: Other than a shallow sliver on the scalloped rim (see photo) that isn't easily visible in the busy pattern, there are no cracks, chips or other damage.
