Bohemian Optic Twist Vase HP Gold Floral Decoration

What we know about this vase: it is mold blown, beaker shaped, with an optic twist pattern inside. It has a hand painted gold floral design, and brushed gold trim on the rim. It has two hand painted initials on the bottom.
What we don't know: where it was made, when it was made or who belongs to the initials.
Dimensions: Measures 8" high.
Marks/Dates: Our guess would be early 20th century, Bohemian. The initials look like ZZ in script. Or perhaps an elaborate 22 with a mark above each 2?
