Cobalt Cut Clear Glass Covered Pedestal Jar Bowl Signed

This exquisite, pedestal covered dish has a rich cobalt blue outer layer over a clear glass inner layer, often called "cut to clear," to create a design of swirls, drapes and punties (clear circles). It has a crystal stem, base and finial, which compliment the cobalt, and keep it from becoming too overwhelming.
Dimensions: The covered bowl measures 4" tall to the rim, and 7" tall overall. The bowl has a 4 1/2" diameter.
Dates/Marks: c. 1984. Signed in script on one of the punties. It looks like "N. Cor...bery," but we can't decipher it exactly.
