Description: For sale is a beautiful 3pc transferware gravy tureen. Included are tureen, lid and liner plate featuring green scrolls and delicate pink flowers on a bright white background. The pattern is Clinton by Ridgways and it dates between 1912 into the early 1920's. The tureen is 5 1/4 by 4 1/2 without the handles and has a keyhole finial and notch for ladle on the lid. It has a nice footed base with scalloped edges. The liner is 8 1/2 by 7 inches and is ink stamped with the bow and arrow mark, Ridgways England Royal Semi porcelain Clinton. We have more pieces of this pattern listed here and we will gladly combine multiple purchases to save money on shipping costs.
Condition: The bottom is free of chips, cracks and staining and has only minor crazing. The lid is also stain free with little crazing but does have a crack on the finial. The liner is heavily crazed and discolored. Please view all the pictures. All in all it's a wonderful piece for it's age.
