This is a Cambridge Glass Co 3 part relish #3400/200 used for many of their etches. This one has a rock crystal type cutting of a generic flower and a spray of leaves. It is 7 3/16” wide, 10 15/16” across the handles and 1 7/8” high. I do not see any utensil marks nor do I see or feel any dings etc. I do not know who did the cutting.
