Beautiful frosted nude stem liquor/cocktail glass with gilded bowl and foot by Bayel Glass Company. This is Bayel's #28 pattern, now discontinued. This glass is in wonderful condition, no chips, cracks or loss of gilt except for a tiny clear spot near the bottom of the bowl. It would be a fine addition to a stemware collection or for use with a mixed group of coctail glasses. The stem of a nude maiden holding a cup encircled with leaves on her head has been named Aphrodite in sources I have seen, but I'm not sure whether that is a Bayel name for this nude.
Height is 4 1/4", bowl rim 2" wide.
