Salem China Heirloom Covered Vegetable Lid Commodore Vintage

Description:
For sale is a lid only from a vegetable bowl. The maker is Salem China in the Heirloom line. The decoration is Commodore which features bows and swags in platinum. The lid measures 8 1/2 inches by 7 inches across, measured from the centers. The lid is domed and has a platinum trimmed edge and finial. I have many more Commodore items listed here.

Condition:
The condition is very good to excellent. No chips or cracks but crazing in present. The platinum trim is excellent! There is an uneven tone to the glaze, many of the pieces in this line have this and I'm unsure if it's from manufacturing or age.
