Tielsch CT Floral Butter Pat Silesia Poland Germany

Produced by Tilesch and Company of Silesia in what is now Poland, this little butter pat dates between 1875 - 1900.

The decoration on this butter pat is floral and features a chrysanthemum in gold tones accented with pale lavender flowers.

The exterior edge of the pat is heavily embossed with a plume design and then has gold accents applied. There are a total of 9 gold accents the are evenly spaced around the outer edge.

Dimensions(s): It measures just 3" across and stand about 1/2" tall.

Mark(s): The back is marked with the Tielsch Dove mark, the letters C.T. and the word Germany.

Condition: It is in excellent condition with no major damage. There are a couple of tiny nicks on the base at the back and there is some minor wear to the gold accents. There is wear to the base and some minor soiling. I estimate the gold to be 95% present on each piece.

Age: between 1875 - 1900.
