U S Glass started producing Double Dahlia with Lens in 1905.This is a 7 piece berry set that the rose stained flowers and green stained leaves making a very striking display. I appears to have had only nominal use. The stain is exceptional and does not appear to have had significant fading over a 100 years. There is some loss of the gold wash on the top of the rim. I did not see any loss of the gold on the sides. I did not see any utensil marks in the master berry. The master is 8 1/2" in diameter and the individual bowl 4". You not find tis set again soon in this condition.
All of my items are used and will show some signs of our ancestor’s normal use. This is not damage like a chip or a crack. If use marks, in my opinion, are unusually noticeable I will comment on it.
