Viking Epic long tail bird #1311in persimmon. This piece shows how the bird was made using two layers of glass one clear and the other a heat sensitive yellow which when reheated/struck in the glory hole turned orange. The base shows the clear which becomes yellow and then persimmon/orange. The tail looks in original condition to me and rises to 10 7/8". I do not see or feel any dings etc.
All of my items are used and will show some signs of our ancestor’s normal use. This is not damage like a chip or a crack. If use marks, in my opinion, are unusually noticeable I will comment on it.
