Villeta's Arts cup and bowl with gardening girl

This china cup and bowl featuring a you girl gardening is marked Villeta's Arts, Roseburg, Oregon and #102. The decoration appears to be a screen print which to my eye appears complete and in good condition. The bowl is 6 1/4" in diameter and 1 7/8" high. The cup is 2 5/8" by 2 5/8". I do not see or feel and dings etc
All of my items are used and will show some signs of our ancestor’s normal use. This is not damage like a chip or a crack. If use marks, in my opinion, are unusually noticeable I will comment on it.
